SHIPPING COST
At Tie-Lux we offer free shipping to the entire Spanish peninsula on orders over €35.
For other destinations, shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process and will be based on shipping location.

PREPARATION AND SHIPPING TIME
All orders will be processed within a maximum period of 24 hours. We do not prepare orders during weekends or holidays (Madrid calendar). Purchases made on Saturday, Sunday or holiday are deemed to have been made on the next business day.

During periods of high demand, such as promotions or holiday seasons, Christmas, Black Friday, order processing may take a little longer. We will inform you of any delays that may occur.

Once the order has been processed and leaves our warehouse, delivery time will vary depending on the recipient's location. In general, on the Spanish peninsula, estimated delivery times are between 1 and 3 business days.

We use reliable shipping services to ensure that your products arrive safely and in the shortest time possible.

ORDER TRACKING
We will provide a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You will be able to track your package through the corresponding carrier's website.

From the moment the customer receives their tracking number, it is their responsibility to follow the progress of the shipment.

If the customer is not at the shipping address at the time of delivery, the transport company will leave a notice to arrange a second delivery, or make the shipment available to the customer at one of the collection points. .

In this case, if the order is not collected within 15 calendar days, it will be returned to Tie-Lux. If the customer wants it, we can send it again with an additional cost of €6.95 for the shipping cost. If the customer wants a refund of the price paid, €6.95 shipping will be deducted + half the cost of the return to our warehouses of €3 (total €9.95).

Tie-Lux is not responsible for costs related to errors in shipping information.
